What does the WQA certification as a Master Water Specialist mean?
It is one of a number of voluntary certifications offered by the industry trade association, The Water Quality Association (WQA). The certification process requires taking and passing a series of exams to demonstrate
technical proficiency in water treatment. To maintain the certification, specialists must earn educational credits on a three-year cycle.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept payments via our online payment system, Square, using credit cards. Upon booking, Square will automatically create an account for you with Square Appointments. You can sign back into Get Water Answers using your mobile number at any time.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations within 12 hours.
